1965〜1990’s

1965 AUTO CHEMICAL INDUSTRY CO.,LTD. was established in City of Hiratsuka, Kanagawa Prefecture, and started the production and safe of organic synthetic chemicals and electric insulation resin.
1969 Launched in TSUCHIURA factory construction in Chiyoda industrial complex, Ibaraki Prefecture.
Technical tie-up with Hanashima Electric Wire Co.Ltd.
1970 Started the production at TSUCHIURA factory.
Head Office moved to TSUCHIURA factory.
1971 Hanashima Electric Wire Co.Ltd. capital participation.
1973 Increased production of organic resin products.
TOKYO Office inaugurated in Shiba, Minato-ku, Tokyo.
Business tie-up with Nippon Polyurethanes Industry Co., Ltd.
1974 Nippon Polyurethanes Industry Co., Ltd. capital participation.
1975 TOKYO Office moved to Hamamatsu-cho, Minato-ku, Tokyo.
1976 Obtained the right to produce and sell one-component polyurethane sealing compounds from Du Pont(E . I .) de Nemours & Co. of the United States and started the construction of facilities for their production.
1977 Started the production and sale of one-component polyurethane sealing compounds.
TOKYO Office moved to Nishi-Shinbashi, Minato-ku, Tokyo.
1982 OSAKA Sales Office inaugurated in Miyahara, Yodogawa-ku, Osaka.
1986 Sealant for construction use produced at TSUCHIURA Factory passed Japan Industrial Standards.
1987 Strage & Delivery Center inaugurated in City of Tsuchiura,Ibaraki Prefecture.
Varnish for enamel wires produced at Tsuchiura Factory passed Japan Industrial Standards.
1989 Started the production and sale of one-component urethane adhesives.
OSAKA Sales Office moved to Higashi-mikuni, Yodogawa-ku, Osaka.
OSAKA Sales Office it was promoted to Branch Office OSAKA.
1994 KITAIBARAKI Factory constructed in the City of Kitaibaraki, Ibaraki Prefecture.
1995 Sealant for construction use produced at KITAIBARAKI Factory passed Japan Industrial Standards.
1997 Head Office moved to Nishishinbashi, Minato-ku, Tokyo.

2000’s〜

2000 Obtained International Standard 9001.
2002 OSAKA Blanch Office moved to Minami-Kaneden, Suita-shi, Osaka.
2003 Adhesives for construction use produced at TSUCHIURA Factory passed Japan Industrial Standards. JIS A 5536
2004 Adhesives for construction use produced at TSUCHIURA Factory passed Japan Industrial Standards. JIS A 5550
2006 Obtained International Standard 14001.
2007 Head Office TOKYO moved to Ueno, Taito-ku, Tokyo.
2013 Tokyo Small and Medium Business Investment & Consultation Co.,Ltd. capital participation.
2015 We have made Diabond Industry Co.,Ltd. a subsidiary of our company.
